How do you give architectural identity to a building that already exists in fragments?

Beginning with an existing structural framework, the project rethinks a conventional manufacturing facility as an industrial campus—bringing production, workplace, experience and community into a cohesive environment.

Rather than allowing the structural grid to dictate the architecture, it becomes an infrastructural armature around which a new spatial order is established. The defining move is one of withdrawal: the workplace is pulled away from the industrial perimeter and wrapped in landscape, creating a buffer that introduces depth, daylight, ventilation and moments of pause.

Here, landscape is not a backdrop but an active architectural layer, mediating between production and workplace. Circulation becomes part of the experience, while carefully positioned openings create glimpses between making and thinking.

The result is a layered industrial environment where structure, landscape and occupation work together—transforming a factory into a more human-centred campus.
