BRIEF
The project departs from high-gloss salon aesthetics and instead adopts an earthy terracotta palette to create a more grounded and immersive environment.
A series of repeated arches organises the plan. These elements frame stations, thresholds, and circulation, establishing a clear spatial rhythm across the salon. The geometry softens transitions between zones while maintaining visual continuity, allowing the space to read as a cohesive whole rather than a collection of functions.
Material expression is restrained and tactile. Walls are finished in tonal variations of terracotta, layered with fluted and grooved panels that introduce depth without relying on contrast. The detailing is minimal, allowing surface and form to carry the visual identity of the project.

Lighting is integrated within the architecture to emphasise curvature and texture. Diffused fixtures wash the arched surfaces, producing a consistent, shadow-rich ambience suited to both task lighting and overall atmosphere. Brighter zones are localised at workstations, while circulation areas remain softer and more ambient.
Mirrors and furniture are embedded within arched niches to reduce visual clutter and reinforce the architectural language. This integration aligns functional elements with the spatial framework, ensuring clarity and continuity throughout.
The result is a salon defined by repetition, proportion, and material consistency, where a single colour family is used to construct depth, rhythm, and a calm, immersive interior.
